We liaise with the other design team members and ensure that all disciplines are coordinated which leads to an efficient build during the construction stage. Our aim is to guide you through all stages of the project.  Statutory Services offered:  Assigned Certifier role (part of BCAR regulations) 

Following changes to the Building Control Act, the design and construction of certain projects needs to be certified by an “Assigned Certifier.”  Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP)  This is a mandatory role for the majority of building projects as outlined in the Safety & Health Regulations.
