ACT (Accelerating Change Together) is a social enterprise of architects, urbanists and policy specialists working to accelerate the Green Transition . We are based in the West of Ireland but work across Ireland and Europe. The green transition refers to the shift from economic systems and forms of development based on the extraction of fossil fuels and other non-renewable resources to ones based on renewable and sustainable practices.

It involves a fundamental change in the way we produce and consume energy, manage natural resources, and organize our economies so that we reduce carbon emissions and damage to the natural environment.
