Find Constructive Voices (find.constructive-voices.com) is the business directory of Constructive Voices, operated in partnership with our digital agency, CWA Europe. By using this site, creating an account, adding or claiming a listing, or submitting a recording, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. For any questions, contact us at [email protected].

Anyone can add a free business listing, and business owners can claim an existing listing that covers their business. A free listing includes your business name, address, phone, website, opening hours, description, and photos, and is included in category browse and search.

Enhanced membership is a paid, recurring annual subscription that additionally allows adding projects and project photos to your listing, a lead contact form on your listing page, and the ability to submit blog posts and articles for possible publication on the main Constructive Voices website. Current pricing, launch offers, and the feature comparison are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time — the price and terms that applied when you subscribed continue to apply until your next renewal.

Enhanced subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; your Enhanced features remain active until the end of the paid period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Enhanced subscriptions: cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enhanced members may submit blog posts and articles for publication on the main Constructive Voices website. Publication is entirely at our editorial discretion and is not guaranteed. This benefit is intended for genuine businesses sharing real expertise or project updates, not for link-building or content-placement services, and we may decline or remove submissions that don’t meet that standard. Submitted content may also be used by our editorial team as background research when developing new podcast episodes.

Members can submit a short recording through the Recording Studio as part of Have Your Say, sharing something happening in their local area or their area of expertise. Any recording you submit this way — and any recording made directly with our team by other arrangement — is submitted, and is made, with the understanding that it may be broadcast by Constructive Voices on our podcast and across our other media channels (including our website and social media), in full or as an extract, and that Constructive Voices may edit it for length, clarity, or broadcast standards.

Not every recording will be used. If yours isn’t selected for a podcast episode, we’ll aim to let you know and, where possible, give feedback on why. Only submit recordings that you have the right to share, and that don’t include anyone else’s personal information or a third party’s confidential or copyrighted material without their permission.

You keep ownership of your recording, but by submitting it you grant Constructive Voices a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and broadcast it (or extracts of it) across our podcast and other media channels, without a separate fee, credited as you’d reasonably expect for a podcast contributor.

You’re responsible for making sure the information in your listing (business details, description, photos, projects, and any recordings) is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. Don’t submit misleading claims, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or content unrelated to a genuine sustainability/built-environment business.

We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove a listing, submission, or account at our discretion — for example if it’s inaccurate, abusive, spammy, or otherwise breaches these terms — and will try to let you know why where practical.

The Find Constructive Voices site, its design, and the Constructive Voices brand belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit (listing text, photos, recordings, blog posts), subject to the licences described above that let us display and, for recordings, broadcast it.

The directory is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee that any listing, enquiry, or recording submission will result in business, publication, or broadcast. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our services, or the law. We’ll update the date below whenever we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
