The SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) is a grant system whereby you can receive a cash grant for upgrading the energy efficiency of your home. This is in the form of a tax credit at 13.5% of qualifying expenditure. The minimum spend is €5000 and the max is €30,000.
