We can work with an Architect, Engineer or Homeowner from the earliest stages of design to ensure Underfloor System is sized appropriately to work with the chosen heat source be it a gas or oil boiler, a Heatpump or wood gasification boiler. There would also be budget costs offered at an early stage to make sure the client gets the best value for their money. Base Engineering can then offer the main contractor a package which includes a liquid screed.

As part of these packages we can tailor a controls package to compliment the building and guarantee the end user receives optimum benefit from their new heating system. We will work with the other trades on site to provide technical backup during the installation, provide a handover appointment to provide documentation and training on the new systems and an after sales service to provide total ease of mind. Base Engineering provide a maintenance & fault-finding service on all makes and models of System and provide a full report for each visit.
