It’s how we keep solutions as clear and simple as Black & White. Black & White was born with the founding team members’ conviction to be a true people business.

That commitment to be an employer of choice has shaped a collaborative culture where our people feel valued, supported and proud to be part of what we are building together. From a team of four, we have grown into a global community of over 1,300 people across 31 locations. Many of our founding members are still with us today, alongside colleagues who have spent ten years or more helping to shape our story.

Black & White Engineering began as a small group of specialists united by a shared vision: to bring clarity to complex engineering challenges and a commitment to be an employer of choice. From the outset, the focus was on technical excellence and delivering practical solutions for clients. We opened our Abu Dhabi office and continued to grow despite the global financial downturn.
