Brian worked in Australia for several years returning to Ireland in 2015 to manage construction contracts on behalf of KO Mainham Developments Ireland, through one of the most challenging economic environments in memory. In his four years there the company remained profitable and continued to developed strong relationships with key partners and numerous development capital companies.

In 2017, Brian set up Brifin Homes to focus exclusively on the growing Irish construction market, spearheading further expansion into new sectors of construction contracting and new home developments.
