Established in 1986 in Waterford – Ireland’s oldest city – we design and deliver buildings across the island of Ireland, and internationally.

Our work is design-led, people-centred, and sustainability -driven. Generations in practice, our work has evolved alongside successive advances in design technology and construction practice, and decades of collaboration with both public and private clients. We work across an unusually broad range of sectors – from scientific, industrial and healthcare facilities, to educational, workplace, residential, cultural, and conservation projects.

This breadth of experience allows the knowledge we gain in one context, to inform insights and solutions in another. With perspective gained from over forty years of designing we assist clients in navigating an ever-evolving construction landscape. We employ contemporary digital design technologies, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), to support collaboration and coordination throughout the design and delivery process.

Alongside this, we advise on procurement strategies and construction approaches – from traditional routes to Modern Methods of Construction – identifying the most appropriate path for each project. We work closely with our clients to develop architecture that responds directly to their ambitions, the realities of construction, and the character of each place. Each project is guided by a dedicated Partner, working closely with a dedicated Project Architect, who collaborate with the client throughout the design and delivery process – ensuring experience, and technical guidance remain accessible at every stage.
