Brian D Caldwell founded the company in 1966. Brian was an influential figure in shaping the urban landscape in towns all over Northern Ireland. Today, our headquarters are still based in Belfast, though our teams work all over the UK and Ireland.

Though our teams are located throughout the UK and Ireland, individual projects are overseen by a director to ensure productive and reliable results. Mark joined Caldwell in 1988 and gained extensive experience in all aspect of the consultancy business before being appointed as Director in 2004. He currently works between London and Belfast and continues to be highly involved in project delivery.

Recent projects include the W Hotel for Starwood, 140,000 sqft Portman Square Office for British Land and Tuffnal Apartments for Taylor Wimpey. Mark supports the building services industry having served as CIBSE NI Secretary for over 10 years and a member of ACE NI Special Interest Group for the past 6 years. John joined Caldwell in 1990 and gained extensive experience in all aspect of the consultancy business before being appointed as Director in 2004.
