At Corex, we deliver projects as a team rather than as a collection of individual professionals and practices. We leverage a mixture of in-house expertise and external collaborators to deliver the best project possible for our clients. We provide our clients with the core services required to realise their building projects.

We project manage, design, cost, and work with other consultants and contractors to act as a single point of contact for the client, minimising the stress involved for them in the design, procurement and delivery of construction work. James has over 20 years industry experience. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor which gives our practice a strong cost control emphasis.

He also has a qualification in Innovation Management providing some much-needed lateral thinking. Paula is an RIAI registered Architect. Her belief is that good design shouldn’t automatically cost more.
