Cavan born Seamus Carolan started the company in Dublin in 1983, then trading as Crystal Construction. Seamus soon trained his two young sons, Daragh and Stephen, who took over the company after Seamus passed away.

The brothers took pride in continuing their father’s high standards in every project they undertook. Stephen went on to study for a degree in a different field. Daragh remained to continue running the company and delivering excellence in each completed project.
