CSP have extensive experience across the full spectrum of Building, Construction, Structural and Civil Engineering, and our Clients reap the benefits of that extensive experience. As a Practice we are large enough to handle major projects, yet still able to provide a personal service, allowing Directors and Senior Staff to remain hands on throughout. The Practice has always recognised the importance of teamwork, within the office and the wider design and construction teams.

The Practice is committed to providing a flexible forward-looking approach and we endeavour to bring an innovative, proactive, constructive, and open-minded attitude to all projects. We recognise that in today’s competitive market, engineering solutions must be judged not only on technical merit, but against the stringent test of commercial viability. CSP use AutoCAD, Revit and are BIM level two compliant.

We use 3D modelling to fully coordinate with other members of the design team to ensure that once the construction commences on site there are less Contractor queries relating to the project coordination. We seek to develop practical cost-effective solutions and approach projects with a mindful attitude to cost and programme. To achieve the above, all our projects are overseen by a Director who remains actively involved throughout the duration of the project.

The Directors are assisted by qualified technical staff, who are actively encouraged to develop solutions and provide support to other members of the design team. At key stages throughout the design process “in-house” reviews/appraisals are conducted to ensure that key objectives are being met, and that all cost effective and viable solutions have been explored. In addition the Director, responsible for the project monitors progress continually through active involvement.
