Cullen Payne Architects is a practice of Architects, Designers and Project Managers based in Dublin but working across Ireland and beyond. Cullen Payne Architects was founded in 1994 by Brian Cullen and Robert Payne and is now led by the director team of Brian Cullen, Darran Egan, Shane Blighe, and Cillian Gray.

Past and current projects range in scale and type and include healthcare, residential, commercial, workplace, research and innovation, leisure and hospitality, transport and master planning.
