Our design work is developed within a collaborative office environment, and the team are dedicated to each project from concept to completion.  ​At the core of the office is the delivery of high quality design solutions, tailored to individual client demand, brief and budget. We offer consultancy on commercial and private projects.

We prepare statutory documentation for planning, fire safety, disability access, conveyancing and licensing purposes.  ​We have over 40 years experience of working with industry specialists, consultants and stakeholders. We achieve outstanding planning outcomes on often complex sites.

Jimmy graduated from  Bolton Street College of Technology with an honours degree in Architecture and set up Delahunty and Harley Architects in 1981. He has more than 40 years experience working on both residential and commercial scale projects. Jimmy and the practice have a Grade III Conservation accreditation and  a passion for working with Protected Structures and traditional features. 

Joan graduated from N.I.H.E Limerick and N.C.A.D and specialises in commerical interiors and high-end fit outs for the hospitality sector. She has completed projects throughout Ireland and France. Interested in working together?
