Recent highlights for us include works on the Diageo Post Office Redevelopment (Dublin), Mayfair Library (Kilkenny), Naas Library (Kildare), Cadet School (Kildare). Our management team led by Michael Duggan and Ger Crowdle, and site personnel are responsible for the success and respect we have achieved in the building industry. We produce high quality workmanship and as a result we have gained a place on tender lists for major state, semi-state and private bodies.

Through our long-established team, we provide a full range of construction services: Building, Project Management and Design Construct Packages. Michael began his career journey at John Sisk & Son, initially joining their Construction Management Program and advancing into Site Management roles. In December 2007, he joined Duggan Lynch, taking on the roles as Senior Engineer and Site Manager.

Since then, he has showcased steady growth within the company, now holding the position of Construction Director. Ger began his career as an accountant with a respected firm of chartered accountants in Waterford. In 1979, he transitioned to Mahon & McPhilips Ltd, initially serving as Financial Accountant and later assuming the role of Financial Controller from early 1990 until 1994.
