Mark Bentley Director Mark Bentley Director I am co-founder and director at Encon Associates and since the company was formed in 2008 have overseen its development and continued success.

After graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in 1995, I embarked on a career in the construction industry which has given me a wealth of experience across a number of sectors including landscape architecture, civil engineering and highways. In my role at Encon Associates, I am responsible for delivering consultancy within the environmental division of the business across a variety of disciplines including landscape, arboriculture and ecology as well as highways, air quality and flood risk. My dedication to design and detail as well as sustainable practices has been at the forefront of my career so far and I continue to promote the highest possible environmental standards.

Away from the office, I have a grown up family who keep me busy! I also have a keen interest in most sports including a passion for football and my childhood team, Sheffield United. Since its inception, I have played a key role in driving its growth and success. As a graduate of the University of Derby with a degree in Building Studies and Architecture (1999), I have dedicated my career to fostering sustainable practices in the industry, supporting hundreds of projects in achieving their sustainability goals. Under my leadership, Encon Associates has successfully delivered numerous environmentally responsible and sustainable initiatives.
