The practice is led by Barry Fletcher who is a chartered architect and member of RIBA, ARB and RSUA. Before setting up the practice in 2011, he had previously worked for busy Co. Down practice specialising in residential, commercial, community and transport rail projects.

Whilst employed at this practice he gained valuable experience working on restoration & conservation projects such as listed transport rail buildings and local churches. Barry also worked in Dublin for a medium sized architectural and interior design practice specialising in architectural projects & bespoke interior design fit-out projects for high street retail & commercial premises CASTLEWELLAN OFFICE 25 Main Street Castlewellan Co.
