I contacted FTG on a Monday morning after having no hot water for about a week. Gary showed up that afternoon and identified the problem right away, he was able to temporarily fix the issue before he left ensuring I had hot water until he could fix the problem properly. I had dealt with a few other local firms who came out to have a look and give me quotes but FTG was the only one who offered a solution that got me hot water again.
