Refurbishment of Kew Studios and Kew Works buildings to form new CAT A office space. Works to the Kew Studios building comprised structural alterations, new staircase, repairs to building envelope and replacement of MEP services to reconfigure the building for subdivision. Works to the Kew Works building included extension, new roof, mezzanine, external and internal refurbishment and fit out to shell and core.
