Initially, this was largely focused on highly skilled and experienced positions. However, this challenge has since extended to roles that were traditionally easier to fill, even with less experience. In response to the shortage of experienced workers, many members have been forced to hire less experienced individuals, with the hope that in-house training would help them grow into the necessary roles over time.
