Grouville is proud to have participated in the Passive House Association of Ireland southern region programme of CPD. The first such building project, on Glasheen Road in Cork City, is an  Enerphit  (certified passive house refurbishment) and extension of a detached house.

This project was open for site visits as one of the first Certified EnerPHit refurbishment, the PassivHaus Standard for renovation projects.  This was a learning resource for builders, architects, students, system installers and potential clients.  Avail of our One Stop Shop service for SEAI Grants for a complete home energy upgrade.  We are SEAI registered and will manage the entire process for you, from initial assessment of your home, through to final BER.
