Thoughtful design There’ve been many landmark moments in our practice; notably in 2020 HLM became an Employee Ownership Trust and put in place an ambitious development strategy. With significant investment in our team and R&D, we’re proud to have achieved that vision and we’re now driving the next phase of our evolution. HLM has become an innovative practice and we’re always striving to find creative ways to solve our clients’ challenges, deliver real social value, and significantly reduce carbon.
