These include residential and commercial developers, civil engineering contractors, and public authorities. Our team has extensive experience in the design of historic and high-value buildings, helping to protect heritage through the application of modern engineering expertise.

Most of our work is carried out in London and the surrounding counties, although we also act for clients across the North of England, Scotland (including Inverness), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The JP Mann team is recognised for developing innovative and effective solutions for both temporary and permanent works. We are proud to deliver every project safely, on schedule and within budget, while consistently upholding the highest standards of quality, sustainability and technical excellence.

We work closely with developers, contractors, engineers and private clients to deliver practical, reliable engineering solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project. I have over 30 years’ experience in structural, deep foundation and geotechnical engineering. I hold a Master’s degree in Soil Mechanics from Imperial College London and am a Full Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), UK.
