Providing quality workmanship, on time and on budget Brian worked with Kenny Civils and Plant Ltd. and learned to operate plant and machinery to a high standard from an early age.

After completing his honours degree in Civil Engineering at NUI Galway and getting some consultancy experience under his belt, Brian returned to the company whereupon Kenny Civils and Plant Ltd. began to expand into the plant and civils company that it is today. Brian is a Director and Contracts Manager and integrates estimating, business development, accounts and marketing with contract oversight to provide clients with a ‘cradle to grave’ project completion service.

Brian also looks after training and development within the company making sure all our staff are fully trained and capable to carry out work to the high standards the company requires. Damien has worked with Kenny Civils and Plant Ltd. from an early age and was well versed in plant and machinery before his formal education in Quantity Surveying commenced.

Damien completed a degree in quantity surveying in LIT and after gaining some valuable consultancy experience rejoined Kenny Civils and Plant Ltd. and took up the role of Quantity Surveyor and Construction Manager. Damien oversees the estimating and surveying in the company and also has responsibility for the performance of all the Company’s construction teams and projects.
