The Framework identifies our greatest opportunities to leave a positive legacy across six value drivers: climate; resources and materials; nature; skilling and employment; procurement; and placemaking. These value drivers align our areas of influence and expertise with the sustainability outcomes that matter most to our customers and stakeholders, while positioning us to respond to evolving regulations and disclosure requirements.  Caring for Country is woven throughout the Framework, embedding First Nations peoples' principles of stewardship, connection to place and interconnected outcomes.

Many of our Elevate Reconciliation Action Plan commitments are delivered through the Framework's value drivers. All our projects and investments are guided by a robust sustainability strategy aligned to our Sustainability Framework and informed by climate-related risk assessments. Across each of the six value drivers, we combine deep expertise, proven delivery capability and strategic partnerships to help customers and stakeholders achieve their sustainability ambitions and improve performance through positive environmental and social outcomes.
