0 McNulty Smyth Associates provides architecture, and design services to clients in search of elegant, timeless buildings. We believe in the important link between well being and the well designed building, and focus our creation on fulfilling client aspirations for their dream home. We strive to produce highly crafted, site sensitive spaces using natural materials presented naturally.

Our buildings are designed to evolve and age gracefully. BArch (Hons), MRIAI, RIAI Conservation Grade 3, ARB Sarah established McNulty Smyth Associates with her husband Dermot Smyth in 2009.

To date their primary focus has mainly been on creating exceptionally beautiful, timeless homes. Sarah studied Architecture at University College Dublin. Prior to establishing McNulty Smyth Associates, Sarah worked for Brazil Associates Architects for 15 years, being Associate for 7 years.

During this time Sarah gained extensive experience in Bespoke Residential Individual Homes, Apartment & Multi Unit Residential, along with Commercial Fit-out (for both Office & Restaurant). Sarah is passionate in her approach to design. McNulty Smyth Associates designs buildings to evolve naturally over time with exposure to the elements – and to human touch.
