We work with estate agents, Building Owners, property professionals, and the construction sector, and provide BER certificates for property sales, lettings, and ESG reporting. With backgrounds in both architecture and engineering, Net Zero’s senior personnel are passionate about improving energy efficiency, whether for a new build or a retrofit. Brian Byrne, the founder of Net Zero graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BAI in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Mathematics. He then went on to graduate from the Dublin Institute of Technology with first class honours in an MSc in Business and Entrepreneurship and was awarded the gold medal for achieving the highest overall grade. Subsequently, Brian worked with a company specialising in commercial BER certificates, gaining extensive experience in the energy rating industry as well as in the production of land registry compliant maps before setting up Net Zero in 2012.
