Northwest Ecology was established in 2025, providing ecological consultancy services for home owners, developers, planners and architects across the northwest of England. We also offer services to other ecologists and ecological companies, including LOLER assessment for climbing equipment, bat sound analysis and GIS mapping services, as well as our standard suite of surveys Service locations include Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Chester, Lancashire, West Yorkshire and Derbyshire however, we may be able to provide services further afield on request.

We complete all works in line with the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) code of professional conduct, relevant legislation, policy and best practice guidance. Our emphasis is on ensuring that our services are provided without delays or hidden costs, as well as delivering the best outcome for both our clients and the environment.
