Assigned Certification Carry out the services and obligations under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 S.I. No 9 of 2014 and associated Code of Practice, Undertake inspections and coordinate the inspections activities of others during construction, and to certify the building or works on Completion.  Civil Engineering -Civil engineering services involve planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure such as roads, drainage, watermains etc.

 Ensure that the work of the design team is co-ordinated to ensure safety, Organise co-operation between the designers, Prepare a Preliminary Safety and Health Plan, Prepare a Safety File for the completed structure or receipt of documentation from the contractor and design team.
