Founded in 2006 , this small to medium size family run business are well established general building contractors in the East Cork and West Waterford area. The company has grown and continues to grow steadily since its incorporation. Our management team have extensive and diverse experience in all aspects of building including new builds, extensions, attic conversions, renovations, and ground works.

We have undertaken projects involving all levels of complexity and have the ability to provide for buildings from the very simplest to the more technically demanding. Thomas is a quantity surveyor who is a member of the society of chartered surveyors. He has experience of estimating, tendering, attainment and cost control on building projects.John is an accountant with experience in financial, legal and taxation matters.

He is also the Health and Safety representative for the company and has completed various IOSH courses. We have a full team of professional tradespeople available including, masons, carpenters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, decorators and specialty trades, to ensure a high standard of quality of work is carried out. We are happy to work in conjunction with your architect, designer or consulting engineers.
