There is now up to €12,500 now available to homeowners who want to do so. This grant encompasses the existing €6,500 for the heat pump, €2,000 for upgrading radiators and pipework and a new renewable heating bonus of €4,000. Higher grants for Attic and Cavity Wall insulation.

Attic: €2,000 for detached / €,1500 for semi detached Cavity Wall: €1,800 for detached / €1,300 for semi detached Increases for people in receipt of certain social protection payments

Second wall insulation grant for homeowners who previously installed cavity or internal wall insulation New Windows and Doors grant - now accessible without having to do a full retrofit. €4,000 for detached / €3,000 for Semi Detached.
