Founded in 2009 we are an independent professional engineering practice, owned by the Directors who are supported by a team of over thirty-five Engineers and Technicians, and keenly focused on providing a service that: An important business sector for us is Renewable Energy, and we actively seek to minimise environmental impact on all projects, enthusiastically promoting all forms of sustainable construction which are on balance environmentally benign. Our staff pro-actively assist clients to achieve their goals, taking pride and satisfaction from doing so.

We aim to discuss all foreseeable project possibilities and outcomes at an early stage, and have a proven track record in flexibility in responding to clients’ needs. These simple but effective strategies generates a very high level of client satisfaction and result in most of our workload being derived from repeat business or personal recommendation. Our ability to respond quickly to a wide range of requirements whilst delivering a personal service based on value engineering is a source of pride for all our staff.

The extensive experience of our staff allows us to offer CDM Support and Principal Designer services, as well as legal support work including the provision of Expert Witness services. Our engineers are active members of their respective professional institutions, and all staff attend training to keep them up-to-date with developments in the profession. Each project is managed by a project engineer, and all are personally overseen by Directors Andrew Villis, Will Harrow , Mark Llewellin and Chris Usher

Through our associated business, Corner Point Surveys Ltd we are able to offer topographical surveys, setting out services and 3D elevation scans using state-of-the-art Trimble surveying equipment.
