Our Story  At Real Control Solutions, we believe buildings should work smarter, not harder.  Since 2011, we’ve been helping organisations across the UK take control of their environments through BMS and BEMS solutions that save energy, cut costs, and make buildings more efficient to run.  From One Engineer to a Strong Team  What started with one engineer has grown into a close-knit team of two directors, nine engineers, two apprentices, and two dedicated office staff. 

In 2024, we moved from our original base at Houldsworth Mill, Stockport , into modern new offices in Denton, Tameside — a move that reflects both our growth and our ambition.  Over the years, we’ve worked on more than 700 sites across the UK, supporting building managers and operational teams to run their facilities more effectively.  Our work began in maintenance and support, but we’ve since expanded into full service and maintenance, on-site and remote support, commissioning, upgrades/retrofits, and turnkey projects. 

While our early focus was on Siemens and Tridium Niagara systems, we now work across all leading manufacturers, including Trend, Honeywell Centraline, Tridium, Siemens, and Distech.  Our People & Culture  We’re proud of our people as much as our projects.  With very high staff retention, RCS has a genuine family feel — something we nurture through regular team engagement days, from canyoning in Wales to Chester Races, and our annual Christmas party.
