RISE is a free, fully-funded, Government backed service, offering support across England. Funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the service is delivered by Turner & Townsend. We can help you to overcome the barriers to developing retrofit projects and give you the best chance of successfully applying for Government funding.

Our support covers a range of funding, technical and project management topics. You can access this through the Knowledge Hub on our website, by attending one of our events , and through one-to-one engagement . Alongside this, RISE offers support to those across the retrofit supply chain , enabling suppliers to better meet the needs of customers and the sector as a whole.

Critically, we offer all this valuable support for as long as it is needed. We make sure it’s as relevant to those at the very start of their retrofit journey as it is to those with more experience but who are looking to expand and improve.
