David leads Shannon Energy as both founder and lead consultant. With certified expertise in BER assessments, airtightness testing, and retrofit strategy, he guides projects from first contact to final compliance — always with a hands-on, client-first approach. Colm is a cornerstone of Ireland’s retrofit landscape.

With over a decade of experience at South East Energy, he has led major residential upgrade schemes and contributed to  pioneering EU-funded initiatives. His insight helps shape sustainable strategies from the ground up. Darragh heads up our on-site operations as Lead Site Surveyor.
