Barra is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil & Structural.

He has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry in Ireland & abroad working on multi-disciplinary design teams providing engineering, management, operations, and construction services, working on medium-large scale projects. He has a track record of designing and managing complex projects for global multinational organizations in Civil Infrastructure, Data, Oil & Gas sectors as well as Commercial & Residential. He has extensive experience in leading engineering teams for projects delivering projects up to £50 million both nationally and abroad.
