Housing / Placemaking 23 Dwellings Cluain Pádraig, Westport i An innovative low-rise, high-density scheme provides 23 own-door dwellings, with a courtyard street-front enclosing a shared garden, Irish Architecture & shortlisted for Silver Medal for Housing Awards. Hotel / Leisure Óstán An Chuain Galway i A high-quality proposal was designed to planning stage on the Wild Atlantic Way for a new 3-storey 80-bedroomed hotel with a swimming pool, associated houses, craft food and beverage innovation hub. OFFICE / MANUFACTURING Thermoking R&D Centre Galway i SJK’s design for a new research and development office building is currently under construction at the Galway campus of Thermoking, an established global leader in supply-chain transport refrigeration technology.
