SWH Design Services Ltd has just passed a milestone of 10 Years trading in Liverpool , we have expanded over the years and operate now from our new office space in Consortia House,  6 Columbus Quay, Riverside Drive. We have recently recruited Mark Webber an Experienced Engineer with extensive experience gained in a large local consultancy. We have a broad range of skills and experience in the team, and we offer our clients services such as residential refurbishments and extension designs, structural surveys, new build and residential developments.

We partner local builders and architects on residential new build and refurbishment works including small extensions and loft conversions projects and have a good working relationship with many repeat clients in this sector. Our commercial and industrial clients include National development companies and business alongside bulk storage and Hi flammable COMAH top tier sites. We work closely with several steelwork and mechanical engineering contractors on a broad range of industrial type designs.

We work closely with Clarke Energy are we are proud to be their Civil Structural designers for their UK Gas powered CHP installations and Regen Electrical Generator sites. I am a qualified Incorporated Engineer with Associate member status with the Institute of Structural Engineers, I have over 35 years valuable experience in the construction industry, with which I can contribute to all projects large and small. SWH design Services provides a consultancy service which provides structural assistance to Architects, Contractors Developers and Property owners with a professional, friendly and quality service.

Mark is valuable addition to the team and has over 25 years valuable experience in the construction industry in many sectors including residential works, housing association support and many new build and refurbishment projects.
