I work with businesses and communities to make sustainability real, and help the people inside them lead that change. Most businesses I work with are already doing something. Reducing waste, rethinking how they buy, engaging their people on climate.

But ask them to talk about it and they hesitate, afraid of saying the wrong thing, of being accused of greenwashing, of being held to a standard they can't yet meet. Good work happens and no one hears about it. That silence matters, because businesses hold something that campaigns and regulations often don't: trust.

From employees who take cues from them, customers who make choices based on what they see, communities shaped by local employers. When a business acts honestly and talks about it clearly, it doesn't just shrink its own footprint. It shifts what feels normal for everyone around it.

My role isn't just to help businesses do more. It's to help them build on what they're already doing, push it further, and turn it into a coherent, intentional strategy they can stand behind and talk about with confidence. Communities and organisations are driving the transition.
