With 12 years of experience in the sustainability field, Daryl has amassed a wealth knowledge on issues relating to sustainability in the building environment. As a licensed BREEAM Assessor with extensive knowledge in thermal modelling and building physics, Daryl is well placed to advise design team members and clients on the benefits of sustainable design.  Over the years, Daryl has been involved with a number of UK flagship schemes across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial/ Industrial, Education and Defence. 

- NZC             As Director at Viro, Steffan leads the environmental assessments aspect of the business where day-to-day operations includes the completion of green building certification schemes and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).  As a licensed BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP, Steffan has a broad range of experience delivering certification for a diverse range of major capital projects throughout the UK.
