Enda Gilsenan Enda is a Registered Building Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and has worked in this area since 2001.  Enda works on a variety of construction projects in both Ireland and the UK delivering high quality builds in the residential, community and commercial sectors.   Enda is also an Assigned Building Compliance Certifier. Martin Gormley Martin is a Registered Building Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and has worked in this area since 2000. Martin is an Assigned Building Compliance Certifier and specialises in Building Surveys, Planning & Design, Project Management, Conveyancing & Land Registration.
