Having combined with sister companies Createmaster, Createmaster Information Management and DFM Systems, Zutec is positioned as a leader in the development of innovative solutions that guide customers through mandatory digital building compliance requirements, resulting in a significant leap forward in digitalisation for the construction and property sectors.

Our History 2001 First to launch web-based operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals. Our History 2004 Zutec launched Release 1 of its online platform. Our History 2006 Awarded its first major contract with Wembley Stadium.

Our History 2008 First to launch a fully integrated field app on mobile with full digital forms and offline mode. Our History 2016 ISO 27001 Information Security certification achieved Our History 2021 Acquired Createmaster and Bond Bryan Digital (Createmaster Information Management) to bring digital handover and information management expertise into the group.

Our History 2023 Won Innovation of the Year award at the Construction Computing Awards for Part L Compliance solution. Our History 2024 BuildData Group acquired DFM Systems to strengthen its presence in the Irish construction market. Our History 2025 Zutec acquired Operance securing its leadership position in digital handover and Building Safety Act compliance solutions in the UK market.
